Centrifuge XJZ

The Centrifuge XJZ is a fully automatic centrifuge with top suspended mechanical scraper discharge. It is specifically designed for separating sugar and honey using centrifugal force. The machine effectively scrapes off the sugar material from the drum wall through radial and axial movements of the scraper, ensuring a complete unloading process. With its water washing and steam washing devices, the Centrifuge XJZ can thoroughly wash materials, making it an ideal choice for sugar production processes.

Application

• Perfect for separating honey from glucose paste, making it a key equipment in the glucose industry.


• Can be used to separate materials with fine solid grains, high viscosity, good fluidity, tight texture, and difficult discharge by gravity. The recommended solid-liquid ratio (weight ratio) of suspension is 40-60%.
