Application:

The PGZ Flat Plate Automatic Lower Discharge Centrifuge is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with a particle size greater than 0.05mm. It is particularly useful for separating materials that are not accessible to personnel. It finds applications in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, health products, and national defense.

Machine Structure:

The centrifuge is driven by a frequency converter and equipped with a PLC programmable controller for soft start, stepless speed regulation, electric feedback braking, and on-site speed regulation. It features cover opening protection, filter cake thickness detection, vibration switch protection, and speed monitoring. The entire process of feeding, washing, dehydration, and unloading is fully automatic. The centrifuge is controlled in two places, and an operation box is set on-site. The upper cover is a quick opening type, driven by air pressure to avoid oil pollution.
